We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our hard drives. Mistakenly ordered product returns require a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept return for the hard drives that failed during data recovery process or Printed Circuit Board has been removed.

Great hard drive, saved my dataService
I dropped my external hard drive and I had exact the same drive inside. Forensic company told me that I need to find donor drive and this drive was exact replacement.
