1.) Privacy & Use of Information:

Hard Drives for Sale has a comprehensive security program in place to protect client data, and our company does not share this data or information at any time with any other entities.  The information we collect is used solely to provide our clients with services and products, and in fact Hard Drives for Sale does not store or retain in any way data used to place orders, including credit or debit card information.  We process orders remotely using a secure, encrypted connection that assures our clients of the utmost in payment security. 


2.) Return & Exchange Policy:

We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our hard drives, minus a small (20%) restocking fee. Unlike other companies in the industry, we also refund shipping fees in most cases where a unit has arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival). For other types of purchases full refunds are offered less shipping and restocking costs. We reserve the right to restrict the return of poorly packaged units or modified/altered equipment, and under no circumstances are we able to refund international shipping charges.


In the event that an exchange is preferred over a return, we will accommodate this request provided that have a replacement item in stock. In the event that we do not carry or cannot obtain a suitable replacement, a refund will be issued. Conversely, a client can elect to pay the difference or receive a refund for the difference and exchange their item for a different one. In the event that an item arrives in working condition (non-DOA) please understand that a 15% restocking fee will apply, as well as any additional shipping charges.   


3.) Ordering, Payments & Discounts:

Purchases may take up to 48 hours to complete, including time for your payment to process and for your order to ship. If you encounter any difficulties during the payment process, please ensure that your credit or debit card information is correct and up to date, or you may contact customer service for assistance. We accept PayPal, Google Checkout and all major credit cards. Please do not send cash, checks, money orders or purchase orders as we do not accept these forms of payment.

4.) Shipping:

Regardless of how rare the hard drive you require is or how unique your location, you can trust that Hard Drives for Sale can quickly and safely get you the item you need. For a customized international or domestic shipping quote, please contact a customer service agent now for immediate assistance. We utilize the United States Postal Service, UPS, DHL and FedEx as our shipping providers, and we generally ship all items within 1 to 2 business days of your order, unless you contact us to schedule custom shipping arrangements.


Please keep in mind that we cannot control issues related to shipping once the item has left our secure warehouse. Problems with USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx must be addressed directly with the shipper. We recommend utilizing delivery confirmation and insurance services to protect your package, as Hard Drives for Sale cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages.
